Products

Customized Products
Customized products, including personalized names, text, vehicle details, or other customer-provided information, are produced according to the details submitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization information is accurate before placing the order.
Important
Once a customized order enters production, it cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is defective or the customization differs from the information provided during checkout.
Order Acceptance
Dhaga reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
Shipping & Delivery

Dhaga shall not be liable for delays caused by

Returns & Exchanges
Non-customized products may be eligible for return or exchange according to our Return Policy. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless one of the following conditions is met:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product arrived damaged.
A manufacturing defect is present.
Claim Deadline
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are strongly advised to record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the parcel.

Please Note
Dhaga may require an unboxing video as supporting evidence. Failure to provide such evidence may result in claim rejection.
