Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Dhaga, we specialize in made-to-order and personalized apparel. Each product is created specifically for you, making every order unique. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns
All products sold by Dhaga are made-to-order and/or customized according to customer specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect customization details submitted by the customer
- Personal preference regarding color, design, or fit
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Refusal to accept delivery
No Refunds
All sales are final. Dhaga does not provide refunds for any delivered products unless the issue falls under the exceptions mentioned in Section 04.
Refund requests based on personal preference, sizing issues, or customization errors submitted by the customer will not be approved.
No Exchanges
As all products are manufactured specifically for each customer, exchanges are not available. Customers are requested to carefully review all details before completing their purchase.

Eligible Cases
for Replacement
A replacement may be offered only under the following circumstances. Dhaga reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a replacement.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product contains a manufacturing defect.
The customization differs from the information submitted by the customer during checkout.
The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or packaging issues.
Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being rejected.
Required documentation
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging
- An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the issue
Customized Orders
Products customized with names, initials, vehicle details, registration numbers, nicknames, personalized text, or custom artwork are manufactured exclusively for the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted customization details are accurate.
Once production has started
- Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Orders cannot be modified.
- Orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once a product enters production, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Dhaga reserves the right to determine whether production has commenced.
