Cash on Delivery

₹100 Handling Fee

A ₹100 COD handling fee is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.

At Dhaga, many of our products are customized and made-to-order. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

Dhaga currently ships to most serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our support team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us, Dhaga reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged Package During Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are strongly advised to record an uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package, as it may be required for verification purposes.
